Training Developer

Responsibilities: • Collaborate with SMEs to capture training objectives, curriculum, and assessments.
• Designed and developed e-learning and classroom training materials using NextGen Tools such as
Articulate 360, SnipIt, and SnagIt.
Develop a range of training products, including e-learning modules, job aids, videos, and classroom
materials.
• Support the Lead in deploying training and performance support materials.
• Update and refine training materials based on feedback and evolving educational strategies.
Experience • Proficiency in Articulate, OGL, or other training development tools and experience in developing e-
learning modules.
• Basic knowledge of training content development.
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Competent research skills to effectively document training requirements and developments.
• Experience providing training support in various formats.
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with content authoring tools like Camtasia, Snip It, SnagIt, etc.
• Oracle experience is beneficial.
