The Training Coordinator is responsible for working with the Training Director and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design, develop, deliver, evaluate and maintain blended training programs to enable new and existing employees to excel in their roles. Various modes of delivery are expected including web-based, video, classroom and on-site at the Credit Unions branches.
