POSITION SUMMARY As a Training Coordinator at ProCaps, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our training department. Your meticulous coordination and administrative skills will be pivotal in overseeing various tasks essential for implementing training programs and initiatives seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, scheduling sessions, maintaining detailed training records, coordinating, logistics, and providing valuable administrative support to the team.

Located in Henderson, Nevada, near the exciting and diverse community of Las Vegas, ProCaps Laboratories is a large and rapidly growing manufacturer with approximately 350 employees that markets several hundred dietary supplement SKUs, along with an expanding line of functional foods (bars, packets, bottles, etc.)
WHAT YOU BRING (MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS) Bachelor's degree in communications, Business Administration or other related field or a combination of experience and educationPrevious experience in Project Management. Project Management certification a strong plusProven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a training or learning and development environmentExcellent organizational skills with keen attention to detailGeneral knowledge of supplement industry and FDA requirements relating to customer interactionStrong oral, written and interpersonal skills and strong customer service skillsAbility to interpret policies and procedures and communicate effectivelyAbility to make decisions and exercise good judgment in a complex and rapidly changing environmentExcellent planning and time management skills to handle multiple training projects simultaneouslyAbility to exercise discretion on sensitive issues and confidential mattersProficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Excel, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)WHAT YOU'LL DO OTHER ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Organize and maintain training projects within Monday.comSupport logistical aspects of training sessions, including room scheduling, equipment setup, and material preparationMaintain training records, keep accurate records of training activities, evaluations, and feedbackWork closely with the training team to prioritize training needs and assist with developing training strategiesAssist in the development of training curriculum and materials tailored to different departments and teams.Actively contribute to the corporation's quality initiatives, promoting and implementing strategies that enhance team and individual performanceAssist with planning, preparation, and facilitation of new hire trainingContribute to the design and implementation of comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing staffPerform other related duties as assigned, supporting the broader goals of the Customer Care Center and the organization WHAT WE OFFER A competitive salaryExcellent Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account with employer contributionPaid Time Off, Holiday Pay401K plan with generous employer match 100% Company Life and Short-Term Disability CoverageHealth & Wellness ProgramGym Membership Reimbursement ProgramHealthy Vitamin Discount program Employee Referral Program Live and work in one of the most exciting and diverse communities in Nevada.
