Tool & Die / CNC Supervisor Looking for a Shop Foreman with Tool & Die and CNC experience to lead a team of up to 15 people with a fast-growing company.

Medical (including Rx), dental, vision after 90-day probation period of employment.401(k) with matching funds12 paid holidays per yearUp to 15 vacation days and 5 personal daysTuition reimbursement/educational assistanceDisability and life insuranceSupplemental options for long term disability, Injury and accident, and critical illness insuranceTool & Die / CNC Supervisor Details: Direct Hire position$70,000.00 to $80,000.00 /annuallyFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:00pm)Supervise and coordinate the activities of the CNC manufacturing team, ensuring efficient operations and on-time completion of projects.Plan and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and machinery, to maximize productivity.Monitor production schedule and adjust workflows as necessary to meet deadlines and customer requirements.Enforce strict safety and quality standards in the shop, coordinating regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.Train and mentor employees, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the production process, providing hands-on assistance when necessary.Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure specifications and customer requirements are met.Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and maintenance activities.Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from shop floor employees to senior management.Participate in strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.Tool & Die / CNC Supervisor Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred.10-15 years of proven experience as a Shop Foreman or Lead in a tool and die manufacturing environment.Extensive knowledge of tool and die-making processes, machinery, and materials.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct skilled workers.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Familiarity with CAM software and CNC programming is highly desirable.Knowledge of safety standards and regulations applicable to the tool and die industry.A commitment to quality and a continuous improvement mindset.
