Title Clerk

Pete's RV Center is looking for an enthusiastic team player to fill our Title Clerk position at our Chesapeake, VA dealership. The right candidate will have great attention to detail and experience with motor vehicle titles! DealerTrack experience is a must! Responsibilities: Handling of Cash drawer, balancing and reconciliation Audit of sales paperwork to ensure it meets the needs of state and federal regulations Verify funds have been collected and are balanced Title clerking / making sure that title and tax documents are accurate and sent out in a timely manor Process of all used titles to be floored Using discretion when assisting HR with payroll checks/HR documents Filing / Scanning Assist with answering phones Running errands (bank/DMV/UPS) Order supplies Administrative duties Requirements Detail oriented Great time management skills Great problem-solving Skills Multitasker Achievement oriented Willingness to learn and grow Benefits Excellent Health, Vision & Dental Benefits 401K Retirement Plan Paid Holidays and Vacations Personal Time Off Accrual Advancement Opportunities Job Type: Full-time
