Position: Construction Superintendent - Concrete Tilt Walls
A top contractor known for their expertise in delivering high-quality construction projects is seeking experienced construction Superintendent that has experience with layout demise walls, industrial concrete tilt walls, conventional steel, to join their team. Responsibilities:
* Overseeing all aspects of the construction project, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines
* Managing and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality workmanship and timely delivery of materials
* Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions.
* Conducting regular site meetings and inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
* Collaborating with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve design and construction-related issues
Skills:
* 5+ years of experience in managing Concrete Tilt-Wall / layout demise wall projects.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
