Job Description
Ticket Services Representative (Daytime) Salary/Range: $15.00 Hr.
Starlight is seeking Ticket Services staff to provide exceptional customer service while performing ticket transactions. The foremost responsibility of the Ticket Services staff is to provide exceptional customer service while conducting ticket transactions and providing guests with general information. There is also a focus on the customer experience and engagement through outbound sales and texting efforts.
Required Accountabilities & Deliverables: Answer incoming phone calls or operate staff walk-up locations for ticket purchases, exchanges, refunds, and general inquiries
Initiate outbound customer sales calls and monitor text-based efforts
Process transactions in Tessitura database, while giving recommendations related to show content, dates and seating
Update accounts in database to maintain current contact information, name, email and contact preferences and additional notes to aid with future customer service
Assist guests with accessing mobile tickets and website troubleshooting
Provide current and accurate information regarding ADA accommodation and general information regarding our guests' visits to Starlight Theatre.

Schedule: positions are scheduled Monday-Saturday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. A minimum of 20 hours per week is required.
Preferred Skills and Abilities: Applicants should have a love for the performing arts and the events we are promoting.
Must be able to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
Prior ticketing and sales experience is helpful, especially knowledge of the Tessitura database.
