Temporary

The purpose of this job is to perform a wide range of general accounting duties for department personnel throughout the organization on a temporary basis. This position will report to the Corporate Tax and Tax Credit Investment Manager but will be available to assist any department within the Bank should needs arise for temporary assistance.
Perform general office duties to include but not limited to receptionist duties, telephone screening, effectively typing and processing letters of correspondence and assisting with special projects. Create reports as needed using MS excel spreadsheet and word documents. Copying, faxing, imaging and filing documents. Perform any other Accounting duties as assigned. Four-year degree in Accounting  Previous experience in a business office setting Administrative experience preferred Knowledge of general office duties Must have computer knowledge to scan, save documents to folders, navigate Windows and us Word and Excel. Basic computer skills - testing required Word Excel Data Entry 10 Key Typing Skills - 40 WPM Good oral and written communication skills Good interpersonal skills Good organizational skills Strong customer service skills
