As a Technology Platform Associate at CBIZ, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging technology to optimize the delivery of employee benefits solutions. Working closely with our team of Account Managers and technology experts, you will ensure seamless integration and utilization of cutting-edge platforms to enhance client experiences and drive business growth.
Essential Functions and Primary Duties Platform Implementation: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement technology platforms tailored to the needs of our clients. This includes conducting initial assessments, configuring systems, and overseeing the deployment process. Client Onboarding and Training: Guide clients through the onboarding process, providing comprehensive training and support to ensure they fully understand and utilize the features of the benefits technology platform. Address any inquiries or concerns to ensure a smooth transition. Platform Customization: Work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and preferences, offering customized solutions and configurations within the benefits technology platform. Continuously monitor and adjust settings to optimize performance and user experience. Technical Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding technical issues or platform-related inquiries. Troubleshoot problems, escalate issues as needed, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues promptly. Data Management and Analysis: Manage and analyze data collected through the benefits technology platform to provide insights and recommendations to clients. Utilize analytics tools to track key metrics and performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on all matters related to the benefits technology platform. Proactively communicate updates, enhancements, and industry trends to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Compliance and Security: Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices related to data security and privacy. Ensure that the benefits technology platform complies with all relevant laws and regulations, implementing necessary safeguards to protect sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

Prior experience in a technology implementation or support role, preferably within the employee benefits or insurance industry.

Proficiency in Employee Navigator or other benefits administration platforms, HRIS systems, or similar technology solutions.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with industry regulations such as HIPAA, ERISA, and ACA is a plus. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or GED required Less than 3 years of customer service experience in the insurance industry required Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to the field of expertise Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally Effective customer service skills Proficient use of applicable technology Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently Must be able to travel based on client and business needs #LI-CM #LI-Hybrid
