Technician- Service Department

Job summary
Looking for a Technician to join our team!Strong automotive background and ASE certification/technical degree required.Duties include testing, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles.

Responsibilities
• Test systems and components for security and functionality.• Isolate and identify problem-causing systems or components.• Drive vehicles for testing and inspect/refill fluid levels.• Ensure proper tire pressure, clean/lubricate fittings.• Install new oil drain plug and oil filter, communicate oil levels.• Maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing and repairing vehicles.• Repair or replace worn parts before breakdown or damage occurs.• Use power tools, machine tools, and hand tools for various tasks.
Requirements
• Deep understanding of automobiles and fast diagnostic abilities.• Effective analytical and communication skills, eagerness to improve.• Ability to learn new technology and repair/service procedures.• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.• High School Diploma or GED required.• ASE Certification/Technical degree preferred.• One year experience in a service department.• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
