Details of the offer

Role: Technical Writer Location: St. Louis, Missouri, USA Responsibilities: Develop and maintain documents such as forms, SOPs, batch records, and other related documentation.
Ensure the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of content in all documents produced.
Adhere to established standards and guidelines for documentation within the pharmaceutical industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure content reflects current processes and procedures.
Assist in the direction and coordination of documentation processes, including version control and approval workflows.
Conduct reviews and revisions of documents as needed to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Provide support during audits and inspections by organizing and presenting documentation as required.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferred, preferably in a related field.
3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Pharma, Bio, Med Device) with a focus on documentation management.
Strong understanding of manufacturing process equipment and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) deployment or large enterprise IT applications is preferred but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality documentation.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and guidelines relevant to the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
