Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Contribute to insights report development and writing by analyzing data from teardown, manufacturing process, and laboratory analysis.
• Support costing team in cost assessment activities
• Prepare and present contents during workshops and meeting with customers.
• Contribute to product improvement including design for manufacturing activities.
• Adapt production process to new technologies or innovations
• Share knowledge and train people within the company
• Support customer program launch activity as required.
• Travel as necessary to support operations globally.
• Global expertise which can be called upon by everyone as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. 
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing process development and capital equipment procurement for electric motors.
• In-depth knowledge of motor manufacturing technology and process development.
• Must understand statistics, as it relates to manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Low and high-volume production experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong initiative and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to travel for extended periods both domestically and internationally.
• Willingness to work extended or irregular hours to ensure that key job responsibilities are accomplished.
