Technical Lead Embedded Software Location: Hinwil near Zürich (Switzerland) and Dresden, Germany

Your Responsibilities: Conceptualization and implementation of sophisticated embedded software projects with control engineering Development of requirement specifications and software and system architectures Collaboration and assumption of technical responsibility for the software area in interdisciplinary project teams (mechanics, electronics, sensors, app, and cloud development) Responsible for ensuring compliance with development processes to safeguard our high quality standards throughout the project duration Collaboration with external suppliers and development partners Your Profile: ETH or FH degree in software engineering or equivalent education Several years of experience in software development (C/C++, Matlab/Simulink advantageous) in the embedded environment Experience in leading software projects according to agile principles advantageous Ideally, experience in requirements engineering and in the creation of software and system architectures Structured, independent work approach and high quality awareness Team player with a passion for working in a multidisciplinary environment Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken Our Offer: Exciting and varied tasks with a lot of creative freedom Hybrid working model enabling high flexibility A company culture based on trust, integrity, competence, and self-responsibility We are a talent consultancy with HQ in Berlin: we connect hearts, evolve talents and leaders, build excellence.
