Duties & Responsibilities: Take customer food orders, enter order information into the point-of-sale terminal, and accurately process payments with a smile on your face and a desire to provide outstanding customer service each and every day Team Members must provide outstanding hospitality and service to all guests in a timely and accurate manner Grill Cooks must manage multiple tickets with attention to accuracy and speed Shift Leads must have restaurant leadership experience - management preferred but not necessary - must be a natural leader, people person, empathetic, and have high character. And most importantly reliable and trustworthy. Maintain solid product knowledge to answer questions and make order suggestions. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
