Kemper CPA Group LLP is seeking a Tax Manager in Merced, California.The Tax Manager will act as a liaison between partners, clients, and staff.Opportunity for rapid advancement to partner level.

Responsibilities
• Prepare/review federal, state, local, and special tax returns.• Comply with tax reporting requirements and communicate with stakeholders.• Prepare/review financial statements and maintain technical knowledge.• Contribute to firm success and promote positive client relationships.• Manage assigned book of business and develop/coach staff.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of tax manager or supervisory experience in public accounting.• Expertise in professional tax practices and effective communication skills.• CPA designation and technology skills required.• Analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under time constraints.
