The Retail Associate Manager works in partnership with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store teamResponsible for infusing every store's Sales Representative with a passion for T-Mobile's ManifestoEnsure that every need the customer has when coming into the store is met and that employees build the customer's confidence

Responsibilities
• Thoroughly orient and ground Sales Representatives to a standard of Loving Our Customers• Ensure customer needs are met and their experience is comfortable and simple• Complete observations of Sales Representative interactions with customers• Manage customer wait time• Keep current on products, services, and promotions• Lead by example and stay up to date on the latest products, services, training, and leadership best practices• Interact directly with Sales Representatives to ensure they meet success measurements and complete assigned training on time• Assist in maintaining the quality of the store environment and adhere to national plan-o-gram standards• Ensure team knowledge of store systems and corporate/store communications• Deliver financial results based on key performance indicators• Identify ways to manage and control store expenses• Uphold all company policies and procedures
Requirements
• At least 18 years of age• Legally authorized to work in the United States• Must have reliable transportation• Must have open availability/no schedule restrictions• Availability to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays• Education: High School Diploma / GED• Work Experience: 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
