The Opportunity: 
Verona Pharma is currently recruiting a T&E Processor to join our team, reporting to the Controller.  In this role, you will support and maintain the day-to-day activities of all Travel & Expense program functions, including travel reimbursement, expense reporting, receipt audit, and corporate travel policy adherence. In addition, you will also work closely with the finance team with invoice processing, payment processing and vendor communications. 
Remote working and flexibility are important parts of our culture at Verona. However, we are looking for candidates based in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area as you will periodically be required to go into the Raleigh office for key meetings, training, and other activities as needed. We will also consider remote candidates based on the East Coast.  
To be successful in this role, you must be able to communicate effectively and clearly across all functions of the organization and possess a strong understanding of T&E workflows as well as attention to detail.

Responsibilities:  Perform day-to-day administrative duties for T&E, including Concur.  Process Concur expense reports in accordance with established procedures and in a timely manner.  Assist with providing copies of expense reports as required and answering any T&E questions as they arise.  Provide support to internal departments, including the Commercial field employees, with respect to various expense report inquiries and requests for assistance.  Assist with T&E processes as well as procedure and user documentation. Ensure training guides are properly maintained and that updates are done in a timely manner.  Provide support to the A/P function more broadly with invoice processing, payment processing and vendor communications.  Handle business and management ad-hoc queries and requests.  Additional duties as assigned.   Requirements:  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.   Minimum of 2 years of relevant T&E work experience.  Ability to multi-task and be proactive and work in a fast-paced environment.  Knowledge and working experience in Concur expense reporting preferred.  Ability to meet tight deadlines.  Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word.   Ability to establish priorities and work collaboratively with others.   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.   Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems. ???????Must be able to manage multiple priorities and manage time effectively.  An Equal Opportunity Employer  Verona Pharma is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
