The Systems Analyst/Programmer position will be responsible for analyzing processes, design and develop solutions to meet the needs of the business. This position will also create and/or modify programs as assigned, including the preparation of related object and system-level documentation. The role requires the incumbent to design and develop relational database systems and mobile applications and provide operational support and solve system software problems to systems as required. What we are looking for A 4-year college degree in computer science/information technology or equivalent job-related experience in similar roles is required; Additional education in programming such as a Microsoft certification strongly preferred; At least 4 years of training in or experience with information systems analysis, design, and programming; At least 1 year experience in the analysis and design and documentation of information systems; Client/Server development experience; Good working knowledge of programming languages (SQL, C#, Python, Microsoft Web API, .Net Maui, Microsoft Entity Framework) and technologies; Working experience with SQL and relational databases; Excellent communication skills; Program development/testing aides; Mobile Development, or C# experience preferred; May be required to work irregular and extended hours as needed. What you will do Analyze business processes and design solutions to meet user needs; Determine the platform(s), environment(s), language(s), and method(s) to be employed in producing systems which best meet the defined business and user needs; Write code needed to create and/or modify system objects; Test and implement new modified systems and system objects; Maintain up to date knowledge of IS platforms, environments and related systems, development languages, and tools in use at White Castle; Understand and learn new technologies that are, or may become useful; Assist the Operations and Technical Services Group in the resolution of operational problems; Prepare documentation on assigned new systems and/or objects or modifications to existing systems and/or objects.
