Job Description:We are looking for a reliable and adaptable Support Representative to join our team at VF in Los Angeles, California. As an Entry Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing assistance to customers with any questions or issues they may have regarding our products or services. You will need to have strong problem-solving skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers- Processing returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues- Providing product recommendations and information to customers- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Continuously seeking ways to improve the customer experience and service process- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet- Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade and influence others- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- High school diploma or equivalent required- Must be reliable and able to work flexible hours- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills- Comfortable using technology and various software applications
