Job Description:

As a Support Officer at Asbury Automotive Group, based in New York City, New York, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to various departments within the company. This part-time entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are dedicated and passionate about contributing to the success of a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:1. Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management.2. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.3. Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, handling inquiries, and maintaining office supplies.4. Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned by supervisors.5. Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.6. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and implement innovative solutions.7. Assist with event planning and coordination for company-sponsored activities.

Requirements:1. No prior experience required - we are seeking individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.2. Excellent communication and organizational skills.3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. Must be dedicated and passionate about contributing to the company's goals.8. Strong soft skills in innovation and planning are highly desirable.
