As a Support Manager for Ford, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients in the Dallas, Texas area. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Troubleshoot technical problems and coordinate with internal teams to find solutions- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Provide product information and advice to customers- Assist in training and mentoring new support staff- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience
