Job Description:
Cardinal Health is seeking a resilient and passionate Support Associate to join our team in San Diego, California. As a part-time entry-level position, the Support Associate will play a crucial role in providing support to various teams within the company.
Responsibilities:- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks and projects as assigned by team leads- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person- Support sales representatives with order processing and tracking- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and scheduling- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment- Proactively identify and suggest improvements to processes and procedures
Requirements:- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively- Strong communication skills both verbal and written- Ability to work well in a team and independently- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- High school diploma or equivalent
