Supply Chain Coordinator

Our client is an established healthcare company in Portland and they are looking for a full-time Supply Chain Coordinator to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate supply chain activities for assigned clinics within the metro area, including purchasing, receiving, distribution, and inventory management. Procure medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals in a timely and accurate manner to meet clinic needs. Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels to prevent shortages and excess inventory. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies as necessary. Coordinate the distribution of supplies and equipment to clinics, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource utilization. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and documentation related to supply chain management. Utilize ERP systems to update inventory records, process purchase orders, and generate reports. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in supply chain operations. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices. Requirements:
Strong understanding of purchasing processes, inventory management principles, and distribution logistics. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Customer-service mindset
