Job Description This job oversees the day-to-day operations of the discount coordinator team, ensuring the accuracy of customer discounts and rebates.
Esstional Functions: Supervise and provide daily oversight of the discount coordinator team; select, coach, train, and develop direct reports, to include appraising job performance and conducting performance reviews Ensure customer pricing and discounts are accurately implemented across several different platforms Review and ensure completion of key credit department reports and reconciliations Collaborate with sales, IT, wholesale, freight-only and finance team members to coordinate efforts, streamline processes and improve Guest experience Support relationships with key billing services; resolve escalated problems with billing services when they occur Review and approve manual rebates and back pays; collaborate with audit and compliance departments to ensure compliance Provide guidance and input for development of credit-related software to ensure all stakeholders' needs are met; manage new and existing data within systems Model behaviors that support the company's common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures Complete other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related business field required Minimum four years' work experience required Supervisory experience in a similar role preferred Specialized Knowledge Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Knowledge of principles and techniques used in conducting financial analyses Knowledge of financial and accounting principles, practices, and procedures Strong systems orientation with the ability to rapidly develop deep knowledge and understanding of key credit department systems Competencies Ability to motivate and lead a team Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent analytical, critical thinking, organizational, and time management skills Ability to problem solve, manage conflicts, influence, and negotiate Ability to manage multiple projects and work-streams concurrently Ability to set priorities, multitask, meet deadlines, and resolve problems with a high sense of urgency Additional Information Nation-wide Medical Plan/Dental/Vision 401(k) and Flexible Spending Accounts Adoption Assistance Tuition Reimbursement Onsite Gym and Cafeteria Weekly Pay All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines
