Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance functions• Assign and manage aircraft maintenance technicians• Provide leadership and direction to maximize productivity• Maintain a high level of awareness of operational, safety and HR objectives• Ensure regulatory compliance of technical operations• Maintain communication with employee groups• Report status of operations to leadership• Align station performance with divisional and company goals
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience• 5 years in aircraft maintenance industry• FAA A&P Certificate• Extensive knowledge of aircraft maintenance operations• Valid driver's license• Legally authorized to work in the United States• Successful completion of interview• Reliable, punctual attendance
