3. Direct hire employment What You Will Be Doing As a Superintendent you will be responsible for tasks such as: Providing project scope and r scheduling of the work of subcontractors and other crews.
Overseeing projects plans, budgets, and overall operations while making sure project layout is accurate
Coordinate with project managers and other upper management to ensure the success of the project.
review submittals and daily site safety inspections
Create/edit schedules in the schedule in Microsoft Project (Bluebeam, procure would be preferred)
Ensure timely delivery of products and equipment. What You Need for this Position Experience with the following:
