JOB SUMMARY: Summer employment to assist researchers with ongoing projects at Edisto REC to include field, greenhouse, and lab responsibilities. Other duties as assigned.JOB DUTIES: 35% - Essential - Assist with data collection of crops in field and greenhouses.
35% - Essential - Perform laboratory analysis of research samples in an accurate and safe manner.
30% - Essential - Assist with planting, fertilizing, spraying, and harvesting of research plots MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education - Some High School
Work Exp 0+ years - Agriculture background preferred.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION Expected Hourly Rate: $15.00
Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines .
ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL LEVEL Normal Operations
