We'll assist you in obtaining your Missouri Substitute Certificate if you have relevant experience working with children. Responsibilities: Deliver prepared lesson plans to classes in the absence of the regular teacher. Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment. Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the needs of individual students. Follow school policies and procedures, including those related to discipline and attendance. Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a productive learning environment. Communicate with school administrators and regular teachers regarding any issues or concerns.
