Utilize company standards, client standards, and/or Engineering direction to produce new 3d models, drawings, and update existing design files. Train, develop and mentor the less-experienced design team membersPerform quality control checks and provide feedback to team membersQualifications0-2 years' experience in Design and/or Drafting disciplines with a background in Electrical substation or Transmission line design preferredAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Drafting/Design or Engineering Technology preferred; minimum GED Diploma with drafting or electrical design training.Basic experience working with AutoCAD and/or MicroStationBasic experience with Microsoft office, Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to work in a growing, adaptive, and multi-discipline team environmentLegally able to work within the United States for any length of timeStrong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in the English language #LI-OT1Other Requirements:Regular, reliable attendance Work productively and meet deadlines timelyCommunicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.Perform work safely and effectively.
