Job summary
The Student Services Coordinator/Advisor 2 is responsible for overseeing Conduct, Appeals, and Academic Integrity Boards.They will develop and implement policies, manage advertising and marketing campaigns, and empanel boards for hearings.The Coordinator/Advisor will also advise on policies and procedures and provide ongoing review and recommendations.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement policies related to board management.• Manage advertising and marketing campaigns for board membership recruitment.• Present information to small and large groups regarding board membership.• Meet with potential board members to discuss selection, processes, and responsibilities.• Assign board members to hearings and collaborate with relevant departments to schedule hearings.• Communicate with all stakeholders involved in board hearings.• Provide oversight for the maintenance and management of the administrative record.• Advise faculty, staff, and students on conduct and academic integrity policies and procedures.• Create procedures, forms, workflows, and checklists for applications and administrative processes.• Review and recommend improvements to procedures, forms, workflows, and checklists.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of professional work experience in student services or related education/experience.• Experience leading or directing the work of others.• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.• Ability to prioritize tasks, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.• Previous work experience at an institution of higher education.• Experience working with diverse faculty, students, staff, and parents.• Ability to exercise professional judgment and leadership.• Flexible schedule, including extended hours and weekends.• Preferred: Advanced degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Student Affairs, or related field.
