This person will assist the Facilities team in maintaining, repairing, and improving the facilities at the Space Dynamics Laboratory. This could include general plumbing, electrical, mechanical, painting and any other maintenance tasks as they come up. Must perform and accurately record preventative maintenance tasks on a monthly basis. Minimum Requirements: Must be a current USU student Must have a valid US driver's license to complete job-related duties Experience in facilities maintenance, construction, and/or wood working preferred We are looking for candidates who have strong work ethic, dedication, and sense of responsibility Must be comfortable using computers and all Microsoft programs Must be US citizen, lawful permanent resident of the US, or other US person Work Conditions & Physical Requirements: Must be able to able to lift 50 lbs. regularly with or without a reasonable ADA accommodation Must be comfortable working in facilities maintenance and construction environments At SDL, we take pride in and highly value our employees.
