What You Will Do:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager, based in Central Florida, to join our expanding team. In this role, you will provide technical and project management leadership on a variety of projects, ranging from existing building expansions to new designs. This is a remote work opportunity with strong potential for career advancement in our 50+ year old firm.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate project deliverables and ensure compliance with client expectations and quality standards.
- Provide guidance and oversight to drafting and engineering staff.
- Manage project budget and schedule to meet client expectations.
- Foster and maintain client relationships through daily communications and leading meetings.
- Assist with business development tasks, including engaging with potential clients and developing proposals.
- Conduct quality control reviews to ensure project standards are met.
- Provide construction administration support as needed.

What We Are Looking For:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in building structural design.
- Active Professional Engineer license.
- Experience with Revit and industry standard software.
- Thorough knowledge of commercial building codes and design materials.
- Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred.
- Active participation in professional and technical societies preferred.
- Previous project and client management experience a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong understanding of building design and construction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify and apply applicable codes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
