Strategy & Operations Manager

Job Advertisement:TheStrategy & Operations Manageris responsible for overseeing effective operating procedures for the Beyond Finance Sales Department's call center. Their duties include reviewing and implementing processes to improve company operations. The ideal candidate will have the enthusiasm for diving deeper into existing processes and tirelessly looking for opportunities to "move the needle."What You'll DoManage initiatives that focus on new projects, process optimization and customer and employee experience enhancements; Initiatives will require end-to-end execution from initial assessment through recommendation and implementationLead roadmap of enhancements to drive continuity, reduce risk, and enable new capabilitiesIdentify opportunities to increase revenue, as well as for automation and system improvementsBuild relationships with key stakeholders across the business to define needs and deliver holistic solutionsAuthor and deliver executive level reporting, including periodic business reviewsDesigns and builds robust architecture to support product / operations / business initiatives.Is an expert in a topic / area of coverage, and the trusted ' go to', such that others seek their opinion.Articulates suggestions and opinions to leadership frequently, and backed by data and knowledge of the project and business.Knowledgeable on compliance and operational rules and how they apply to the business.Expert on the product and operational tasksQualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university2 or more years of relevant experience required. Previous call center experience is a plus.Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives with solid business judgmentStrong knowledge of business and conceptsDemonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environmentQuick learner; willing to dive in and get her/his hands dirtyExceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct analysis and make strategic recommendationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
