Responsibilities
• Mastering the functionality of the Rokt platform and optimizing campaigns.• Working with the sales team to identify relevant Rokt solutions for clients.• Creating and managing effective relationships with stakeholders.• Supporting new business growth and developing client strategies.• Tactical account planning and relationship building.• Developing marketing reports and proposals.• Building and maintaining direct client relationships and media agency partnerships.• Forecasting revenue and account plans.• Working in a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and 4-5 years experience in client-facing account management.• Experience in digital marketing/ecommerce, preferably with 3+ years in exceptional customer experience.• Strong understanding of core online and digital technologies.• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, CRM tools, and analytics software.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.• Bonus: Strong background in B2B & SMB business verticals.
