Responsibilities
• Motivate and guide team to surpass goals and expectations.• Maintain a high standard of ethics and uphold company values.• Make impactful decisions to drive success.• Excel in both verbal and written communication.• Lead by example and take ownership of store's performance.• Manage a diverse team of 8 to 15 members.• Hire and develop customer-focused team members.• Promote a safe space for customers and staff.• Drive sales across all shifts.• Ensure store reflects brand image and is stocked with fresh products.• Manage store expenses.• Implement and oversee all company sales initiatives.
Requirements
• 18 years of age or older for AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO / 21 years of age for all other states• Retail and/or Food Management experience.• Willingness to work any shift as needed.• Occasional travel for regional and district meetings.• Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.• Customer-centric mindset.• Ability to clear a pre-employment drug screen and criminal history check.• Prepared to complete Topshelf Manager Training (for Tennessee stores).
