• Assist with recruiting and staffing activities• Help with store merchandising and inventory management• Provide superior customer service leadership• Participate in store opening and closing activities• Ensure safe deposit of company funds• Maintain clean and well-stocked stores• Operate store in the Store Manager's absence• Review operating statements and complete paperwork• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures• Train and develop staff
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred• Previous retail experience preferred• Ability to read and interpret documents• Basic mathematical and cash handling skills• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising• Effective communication and interpersonal skills• Strong problem-solving and organization skills• Bilingual Spanish speakers preferred in some locations
