Responsibilities
• Create detailed fabrication drawings for structural steel components from architectural and structural design plans• Use 2D and 3D designing software• Follow AISC steel construction detailing design standards and guidelines
Requirements
• Knowledge of AISC steel construction detailing design standards and guidelines• Strong problem-solving skills• Detail-oriented• Excellent organizational skills• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Computer - Excel, e-mail and internet applications, PDF and image management software• Rhinoceros 3D, Solidworks, Tekla, or AutoCAD experience preferred
