Responsibilities: Prepares income and expense accrual entries for month end close Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements, statement of cash flows Reconciles cash disbursement accounts, payroll, customer accounts, and other financial accounts Verifies and/or completes payment of bills associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are applied to the appropriate accounts Files 1099 tax forms, maintains data associated with vendors which require 1099s Analyze Income Statement accounts using KPI's and available reporting to ensure results meet expectations or that outliers can be identified and explained Vendor statement reconciliations Requirements: 5+ years of accounting experience Transportation experience preferred Systems : QuickBooks & Excel Why choose Addison Finance & Accounting?
