Responsibilities
• Initiates telephonic engagement with members for one-time campaigns• Influences behavior change and adoption of campaign goals• Multi-tasking and providing service to members using multiple systems• Accurate documentation of calls in electronic records• Engaging in meaningful conversations with members• Adapting to change with enthusiasm• Meeting daily metrics with speed and accuracy
Requirements
• At least 2 years of customer service, retail, or inside sales experience• Experience in a call center is preferred• Organizational skills and effective communication• Desire and commitment to serving others• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook• Data entry and documentation experience preferred• Familiarity with medical terminology and care management concepts• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred• High school diploma or G.E.D. required• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
