With the advent of genomic sequencing, we can finally decode and process our genetic makeup. We now have more data than ever before but providers don't have the infrastructure or expertise to make sense of this data. We're on a mission to connect an entire ecosystem to redefine how genomic data is used in clinical settings. We are looking for aSenior Project Managerwho will work with our cross-functional team on process improvement projects across our clinical testing business.
What You'll Do:
Contribute to the development and launch of a portfolio of projects, including new laboratory-developed tests (LDTs) and new operational workflows
Manage and track work with leaders across a variety of disciplines (R&D, Clinical Lab, Medical Affairs, Product, Operations, Commercial Strategy, Marketing) to plan and execute improvements for our Oncology business
Own stakeholder communication, expectations management, timelines, and the end-to-end project plan for a variety of projects, and use knowledge to improve upon existing templates and playbooks
Act as a subject matter expert on operational implementation of new assays and enhancements to the existing suite of Tempus Genomic tests
Work closely with engineering and product teams to enhance and test software applications in support of launches
Report project statuses, quality metrics, and general feedback to team leadership
Identify and respond to project issues and risks; own and provide expedient follow through to action or resolution and communicate appropriately.

Qualifications:
3+ years experience with prior project or account management responsibilities
Bachelor's degree
Preferred: formal project management/process improvement training 
Experience working as part of a larger team to drive initiatives at scale
Experience working with product/engineering teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; flexible and resilient with the ability to execute changing business priorities
Ability to prioritize and maintain multiple projects at the same time
Driven to identify problems as they arise and manage solutions
Demonstrates the ability to foster growth in people and teams
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues and translate them into concrete action plans
Ability to tailor communication based on the needs of cross-functional teams and business leaders
Keen eye for understanding the business needs and relative prioritization across projects
Curiosity and intrinsic motivation to learn
Superior analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
