Arrowhead Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Controller to join our team. The Senior Project Controller will provide critical support to Project Managers on budget, scope, and schedule management, while also overseeing the technical aspects related to document management and documentation quality control. This position will report directly to the Company Owners and will be located in a hybrid setting in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Senior Project Controller will also provide support to a division of 10-15 people across 200 projects.
Responsibilities: Support Project Managers in the development and management of project budgets, scopes, and schedules. Review technical documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards and requirements. Provide quality control of project documentation, including proposals, contracts, and project plans. Support and collaborate with the technical lead to ensure alignment between project objectives and technical deliverables. Coordinate document control processes, including version control, distribution, and archiving of project documents. Assist in analyzing project proposals and contracts to identify risks, opportunities, and requirements. Utilize Smartsheets to track and manage project-related information, including schedules, tasks, and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, stakeholders, and multiple contractors to ensure information transparency. Maintain effective communication channels with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other technical field is preferred. Proven experience in managing multiple schedules, budgets and document control, required. Strong understanding of mechanical or process engineering principles and practices. Experience in reviewing and analyzing project proposals, contracts, and technical documentation. Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and schedules effectively. Proficiency in using project management tools such as Smartsheets. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver work across multiple projects near-simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in project controls (schedule, budgeting and document management), or related fields. The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
