As a pivotal member of our team, you will craft and execute communication strategies that foster engagement among our team members and elevate our brand as a leading Solutions Integrator. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement internal communication strategies to foster a positive company culture and engage our team members.
Curate content for internal communication channels such as company intranet, newsletters, and other internal communications platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging aligned with organizational goals.
Craft and execute corporate communication strategies to enhance our brand and reputation.
Manage content creation for external communication channels including press releases, social media, and other PR efforts.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with media contacts and external stakeholders.
Lead media monitoring and analysis, providing strategic insights to senior leadership.
Partner with executives to develop and execute personal communication strategies.
Offer guidance and coaching to executives on effective communication techniques.
Develop and oversee executive communication plans supporting key business objectives.
Manage crisis communications and provide leadership guidance during challenging times.
Collaborate with industry analysts to uphold a positive perception of our brand and products.
Work closely with investor relations to ensure messaging consistency aligned with financial goals.
Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the communications team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
8+ years of experience in communications, with a focus on internal and corporate communications.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams and with stakeholders.
Experience in crisis communications and issues management.
Familiarity with social media platforms and corporate communication best practices.
Proficiency in media relations and working with journalists.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
Compensation
The base salary for this position typically ranges from $90,000 to $120,000, with additional bonus and benefits. Compensation decisions are influenced by factors such as experience and location.
