Headquartered in San Diego, California, with additional offices in the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific, the company employs over 8,000 people worldwide.Meet the team:As a member of the Dexcom Core Brands Market Research team, you will lead the planning and execution of all US HCP and Consumer tracking activities and make recommendations to inform channel marketing and sales strategies and tactics. You will work with leaders across these functions as well as sales operations and commercial analytics peers to ensure holistic and connected insights that inform progress against broader commercial goals of Dexcom brands as well as opportunities and barriers to achieving those goals.The role requires expertise in market research quantitative techniques, experience with primary and secondary data integration, and a passion for developing people.Where you come in:You will lead development, execution and synthesis of US tracker program insights using proven and emerging market research methodologies, resulting in actionable strategic recommendations and meaningful insights driving sales and channel marketing strategy, including but not limited to insights from HCPs and consumers.You will develop and lead commercial claims council, responsible for tracking implementation and measuring effectiveness of commercial claims and providing recommendations for improvement.You will work closely with market research team and vendor partners to develop and continually refine and elevate custom and syndicated brand tracking programs resulting in high quality, actionable insights.You will build collaborative relationships with US Commercial Leadership Team, Channel Marketing and Sales stakeholders to understand their insights gaps and strategic priorities, and act upon those priorities using fully developed brand tracker insights plan.Integrate insights into specific workstreams such as long range planning, omni-channel strategy, and communication strategy.You will work with Analytics, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence and other teams to triangulate primary insights with other data sources, building a holistic view of brand and competitor performance.You will seamlessly synthesize insights across custom trackers, syndicated trackers, and other primary insight sources, including global brand tracking initiatives, providing a global view of brand and competitor performance.What makes you successful:You have demonstrated expertise in developing and executing high quality primary research with specialized healthcare audiences.You have the ability to clearly and intelligently communicate tracker insights to key stakeholders and broader group of senior commercial leaders.You have strong written and oral storytelling skills with an ability to distill complex information synthesized into concise and impactful messages and communications.You have proven ability to work with stakeholders to activate insights into actionable plans for implementation.You have a passion for developing people.What you'll get:A front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
