This includes operations and maintenance, and engineering for the existing Technology Developmentfaband the new ID1 HVM productionfab. Scope covers cylinder, liquidsourceand bulk process gas systems, and all process chemical and slurry distribution systems including bulk that directly and indirectly support the entire campus and remote sites! Scope also includes product inventory management and incoming quality control. Manages an engineering team responsible for base build & equipment installations. Team provides design engineering support for existing system modification,upgradesand new equipment installations.
