The Senior Financial Analyst will own the tracking, reporting, and driving of our the product costs for all of Wizards flagship brands. This will include building strong partnerships with our supply chain and product organizations, producing financial reporting to better understand these investments, and implementing changes to processes and activities that drive savings and efficiency.Key Relationships:Wizards Supply Chain, Brand Product teams, Entire Financial Planning team and some members of the Financial Accounting groupVP, Directors and other key members within the Wizards Supply Chain and Magic and D&D franchise development groupsWhat You'll Do:Develop deep knowledge of our costs and operations- Be a key owner and thought leader around how we spend capital, the methods we use to make and track these decisions, and the specific outcomes of these costs on our products. This role would be the subject-matter expert on these topics for all of Wizards. 50%Drive Accountability to cost savings goals- This role would own and build mechanisms to surface and control areas of spend. Partner with owners to find and manage paths to green for savings goals and ensure accountability for those owners. This person would interface on these efforts with Accounting partners as well as partners across multiple Wizards and Hasbro organizations. 30%Financial Planning & Analysis –Work collaboratively with the various business partners to forecast, budget, and understand monthly performance.
