Title: Sr. EPC Project Manager
Location: Overland Park, KS
Salary: $130,000- $160,000
We are an integrated Industrial EPC contractor that owns and controls aspects of turnkey industrial projects. We've been around for 30 years and have roughly 200 employees.  What You Will Be Doing Successful candidate must have a background in construction, in either front office administration, project management or construction sales. Must possess an outgoing personality. Must possess knowledge of the Industrial Construction Sector (Cement Plants, Power Plants, Food Plants, etc&.)Must be able to analyze and strategize bid opportunities or leverage existing long term relationships to secure construction work. Must be able to assist in house estimators/proposals writers as needed to meet bid due date timelines. Create and analyze the construction service opportunity database. Must be well-organized and able to multitask and solve problems. Actively work with estimators, project managers, construction managers, and construction firms to secure mechanical work. Maintain physical and electronic files or other organizational systems. Work with contractors, vendors, and sub-contractors on a daily basis. Prepare and update monthly progress reports associated with new business development / securals / opportunities. What You Need for this Position 5+ Years of Construction Project Management and/or Construction Management Experience Experience with preconstruction / estimating  OSHA/MSHA safety knowledge Experience working in Industrial Construction projects Ability to review and understand a variety of construction documents relating to bid documents, technical specifications of materials and equipment, engineering, procurement, and construction schedule logic Benefits Great work environment Amazing/Generous compensation package Generous PTO 401k w/ match Bonus Full Benefits Career growth opportunities
