Dare to make an impact? YOUR ROLE Oversee and execute marketing-related design projects, from conception to delivery
Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
Review junior and/or outsource designers' work to ensure high quality and brand consistency
Refine images, fonts, and layouts using current industry-standard tools
Apply typographical techniques to ensure clear visual communication of key marketing messages
Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
Increase user friendliness in digital products, with the goal of increasing conversions
Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
Communicate with Creative Director, Art Directors, and other project stakeholders to ensure visibility and accessibility of feedback
Liaise with marketing teams to ensure deadlines are met
Project-manage one's own projects
Stay up-to-date with industry developments, design trends, and emerging tools YOUR SKILLS Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role
7 years' experience working with marketing teams in a Design role
Portfolio of completed design projects
Hands-on experience with image editing software like Photoshop, as well as newer design tools like Figma, Canva, and Adobe Firefly
Proficient in print design software (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator)
Hands-on experience with video editing and motion design software like Premiere Pro and After Effects
Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, images, and layouts to create engaging and effective visual marketing assets
High attention to visual details
Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
Exceptional communication abilities
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts, or in a relevant field or the equivalent work experience The salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $100,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
