Responsibilities
• Develop training content aligned to objectives and goals• Create training tools and resources to support HR initiatives• Design learning solutions for employee development• Facilitate various training programs and sessions• Recommend research methods to assess training effectiveness• Provide coaching and support to employees and managers• Collaborate with leaders to assess training needs• Regularly solicit feedback to enhance performance and training• Maintain training standards and participate in self-development• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a training-related role• Experience with learning management systems and content creation tools• Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills• Proficiency in Microsoft 365• Ability to travel 15-25% of the time
