Sr. Business Development Representative

Responsibilities
• Instill confidence in customers and employees• Assess customer's needs and recommend appropriate products• Continuously prospect for new clients• Maintain a consistent pipeline to meet quota targets• Serve as a liaison between customer service and other departments• Assist with processing RFQ requests• Communicate and follow up with customers on samples and delivery• Ensure smooth flow of jobs/projects
Requirements
• Knowledge of folding carton, packaging, and/or printing industry• Strong organizational skills• Demonstrated prospecting, presentation, and closing skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• People skills and ability to work in a team setting• BS degree plus 8-10 years outside sales experience• Ability to travel up to 50%
