About the Role:
As a Specialist, Inventory Control, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our inventory accuracy across our network. You'll work closely with our fulfillment partners, tackling both proactive inventory reporting and exception management. This role offers the chance to be involved in exciting projects that shape our distribution network, with opportunities to communicate globally and showcase your analytical and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our fulfillment partners to maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.
Take the lead on proactive inventory reporting and exception management.
Contribute to internal and external projects that impact our distribution network.
Communicate effectively with global partners, demonstrating strong analytical and organizational skills.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
Lead the planning and execution of inventory counts to ensure system accuracy.
Analyze inventory exceptions and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
Report on inventory control metrics and ensure SLA adherence.
What You Bring to the Team:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
5-7+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics.
Experience in procurement and freight management.
Strong negotiation skills, both domestically and internationally.
Knowledge of various transportation modes and supply chain flows.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 19.00 Per Hour
